D E S I G N
1. A 20% DEPOSIT
...of the estimated balance is due in order for work to begin. Following the first payment, designer will be paid for services rendered with the specified schedule.

holidays and the entire week of Christmas.

O T H E R
1. LEVEL OF RIGHTS
...for intellectual property and/or materials created under this contract will be detailed on Invoice and transferred
to Client upon receipt of final payment for deliverables. Samples and Credit are allowed to Designer at her discretion unless written and agreed otherwise.
2. ANY UNRESOLVABLE DISPUTES
...between Designer and Client will be settled by third party mediation to be chosen by designer at that time. In the event any party pursues litigation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its actual reasonable attorney's fees and reasonable associated costs.
